  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 yellowish onion, chopped
  • three garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • two Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce*
  • 3 cups diced Yukon Gilt potatoes
  • three carrots, diced
  • three ears corn, cut off the cob
  • i 1/two cups beef broth*
  • Salt and pepper, to gustation
  • 1 loving cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Instructions
